Benshi's review :

Here we check in on the latest adventures of our favourite magic mushroom with a third series that is every bit as delightful as the previous two! Director Rodolfo Pastor serves up another eight short films that guarantee entertainment. The series takes us into an animated universe that has been very successfully rendered with modelling clay. The sets are adorable and the madcap situations are the sort that only Capelito gets us into! The amusing noises add to the fun, with each honk or onomatopoeic parp a trigger for more mirth! As Capelito goes on his magical adventures, we find him in the forest, near his little house and surrounded by a motley crew of characters including Capelina, a mosquito, a witch, some Martians and a flock of sheep! When Capelito transforms his cap or attempts to embark on some wacky escapade, he is even more wickedly inventive than ever – which is sure to excite the imaginations of young viewers everywhere! We also get to appreciate the kindness and selflessness of this peculiar and very endearing character, whom young viewers will be thrilled to meet again. There is no dialogue in these animated episodes that plunge viewers into a playful world of images.
